New Candidate List: Support for Searching Against Education and References

What’s new?

You can now search candidate Education and References directly from the New Candidate List. Education and References appears as its own section in the search panel.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement expands searching options to include candidate Education and Reference fields, providing parity with the legacy Candidate List and making it easier to refine searches.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
